Good location, some small issues

The hotel is in a great central location. It would thoroughly recommend the Sunday food market as it is just around the corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary water in glass bottles.
My bathroom door would not close properly. The toilet seat was falling apart. The safe was broken . I reported these issues, but they were not repaired during the three days I was there.

i was a little disappointed. the bathroom tiles were slippery when wet. i actually fell and hurt myself pretty badly. i told someone at the front desk, and they finally gave me a mat but i wish they had offered some kind of apology for the accident. they really should ensure all rooms have those mats already!!!

i had a premium beautiful 1 king city view balcony. the staff coordinated a sightseeing car tour and gave better rates than online. the staff was very friendly and helpful .
The balcony doors did not open properly. The curtains often got stuck on the rods. i also noticed they charged for a water glass that accidentally broke.

The room was beautiful. fresh fruit and water were provided daily. the location is very central, near many restaurants and shops. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They even offered cakes and fruits, a nice gesture.
The balcony doors did not open properly. the curtains kept getting stuck on the rods. They needed better operation. can you believe they charged us for a broken water glass?! also, the area off the breakfast room leading up to the pool was messy.
