Good location, some small issues
great location friendly staff free water broken door damaged toilet broken safe
The hotel is in a great central location. It would thoroughly recommend the Sunday food market as it is just around the corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary water in glass bottles.
My bathroom door would not close properly. The toilet seat was falling apart. The safe was broken . I reported these issues, but they were not repaired during the three days I was there.

slippery tiles lacking apology
i was a little disappointed. the bathroom tiles were slippery when wet. i actually fell and hurt myself pretty badly. i told someone at the front desk, and they finally gave me a mat but i wish they had offered some kind of apology for the accident. they really should ensure all rooms have those mats already!!!

i stayed in the beautiful 1 king pool view. the air conditioning was efficient, keeping the room cool. the room included a balcony. the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby shops.

great stay, good central location
fresh fruit central location helpful staff
The room was beautiful. fresh fruit and water were provided daily. the location is very central, near many restaurants and shops. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They even offered cakes and fruits, a nice gesture.
The balcony doors did not open properly. the curtains kept getting stuck on the rods. They needed better operation. can you believe they charged us for a broken water glass?! also, the area off the breakfast room leading up to the pool was messy.

I like the location, it helped me visit easily. The staff was so kind and helpful to me. My room had nice art designs, I noticed that. The pool was clean, I really enjoy swimming in it.
The bathroom tiles get very slippery, I almost fell.
